Information about ordering prints

You may order prints either on-line using our secure shopping cart or via phone by calling 508-941-5891 Tuesday-Friday 9-2.
If you are planning on CALLING an order in. Go through the process of picking your photos and adding them to your cart then rather then checking out simply print the cart and call it in to us. We accept all major credit cards over the phone.
You can also PRINT you cart and send it to us along with your check made payable to BRIDGEWATER SPORTS. Please be sure to include sales tax and shipping charges as shown in the cart total. Orders received without proper tax and shipping will be returned.
Files purchased are E-MAILED to the address used during the checkout process. In the case of orders containing only digital files, e-mails are normally sent within 2 business days of receiving the order. In the case of mixed print/file orders files are emailed the same day the print order is shipped. If you need digital files sooner PLEASE CALL. If you have not received your files please check your 'junk' folder or spam filter settings.
If you are ordering digital files from a business network, please be sure that attachments are allowed. Some business email accounts DO NOT allow emails with attachments to pass.
Poster prints 20x30 inches and larger are available by special order.
16 x 20 prints, Poster prints, Magazine Covers, Wallhuggers and Trading Card are special orders. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for these items to be delivered. Times vary by season, please contact us if you have immediate needs.
We GUARANTEE your satisfaction 100%. If for ANY reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your order simply call us at 508-941-5891 to discuss what we can do to correct the situation. We will reprint your order upon return of the unsatisfactory prints without charge.
Orders generally ship in 1-2 weeks. In some cases such as the end of a season, or holiday periods, orders make take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
All prints and digital files are for PERSONAL use. Bridgewater Sports will be happy to discuss licensing of images for all other uses.
